Terms of warranty and after-sales services for products.
Sanitary ware:
Conditions that void the product warranty:
- Damage caused by negligence in transportation, storage, improper installation, or component failure.
- Use of harsh detergents for cleaning porcelain sanitary ware and use of sharp and rough objects to remove stains or marks on products.
- The installation process must be carried out by technicians approved by Novin Ceram Kavir, and their warranty card must be stamped with the installer’s seal and the installation date.
Important note for buyers:
- Any installation and warranty services are provided through authorized sales agents.
- The warranty period will expire five years from the installation date stated on the card. The customer is responsible for keeping the warranty card, and a duplicate will not be issued.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring the physical integrity and completeness of the goods.
- During the warranty period, if the product needs to be replaced and the desired model is not available, a similar model will be replaced, or a product with a different model will be replaced upon payment of the difference.
- Delivery and receipt of defective goods to sales agents is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Any operations, including construction, demolition, beautification, and consumables such as pipes, valves, glue, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Any damage observed after inspection and diagnosis by the company’s expert will be covered by the warranty and after-sales service.
Cabinets:
Conditions that void the product from after-sales service:
- Damage caused by negligence in transportation, storage, and improper installation.
Important note for buyers:
- Cabinets are produced from two types of raw materials (PVC and plywood), which are generally not covered by warranty. However, subject to the conditions mentioned, any damage after inspection and diagnosis by the company’s expert will be covered by after-sales service.
- The installation cost will be charged according to the guild’s tariff.
Mirrors:
Conditions that void the product warranty:
- Damage caused by negligence in transportation, storage, and improper installation.
- Use of abrasive tools and unsuitable cleaning materials that damage the mercury or glass of the mirror.
Important note for buyers:
- The warranty period is 6 months from the installation date.
The Guarantee Is Voided In The Following Cases
Any physical damage caused by impact or improper transportation.
Use acidic detergents.
